There are many different kind of Agency Relationships or Client Representations, if you will. There are Agency Relationships between Sales Associates and Buyers and Sellers. There are certain duties that I owe to you, The Seller(s):
- Good Faith and Undivided Loyalty
- Obedience - as long as it's lawful.
- Full Disclosure - knowlegde of all relevent and material facts regarding The Buyer.
- Confidentiality - price, motivation, etc. will not be discussed with other parties.
- Competency and Duty of Care
- Full Accounting - I must account for all money and documents entrusted to me.
- Performance - I must perform the duties of the contract by helping you sell your home in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable selling price.
These home selling reports will assist you in answering the many questions that arise during the home selling process. When you're armed with the right information, and an experienced real estate professional, you'll be closer to reaching your goal - selling your home fast, and for the best price.
